Question - What is the minimum purchase I must buy?

Answer - The minimum that we require is 6 pieces per size per color. The only way there would be a larger minimum is if the order was a special order (something we did not carry on a regular basis.)

Question - How quickly can I expect to receive my shipment?

Answer - Depending on time of season and quantity but generally orders are completed and shipped within one week.

 

Question - What happens if I receive a damaged article?

Answer - In this industry when you buy as much product as we do you tend to come across approximately 3% damage for a whole year. If you have a damaged product simply send it back for the same item or a credit towards your next purchase.

Answer - We have a quick turnaround time for a cut to order operation. Our products are Made in U.S.A. We use the highest quality polar fleece. We also offer the best embroidery, especially on polar fleece. And we have a very high reorder rate.
